The Problem With Other Stores
If you have ever tried to get your hands on a hot release at another store, you know the drill. Show up hours before the door opens, stand in line with no idea how many copies they actually got in, and hope for the best. Meanwhile, the person behind you might be a reseller grabbing three or four copies while the regulars who show up every single week walk away empty handed. There is no transparency, no reward for loyalty, and honestly, it just does not feel fair.

The Tier System
Your tier updates automatically every week based on store check ins over the past year. The more you show up, the earlier you get access to preorder queues. It is that simple.
0 to 9 check ins
Open queue access. You can reserve once the open window begins.
10 to 21 check ins
24 hour priority window. You get access a full day before the open queue.
22 or more check ins
72 hour priority window. Three days of early access before everyone else.
The Rules
A few things to keep it fair for everyone:
- ✓Reservations are always free. You pay at the counter when you pick up your copy.
- ✓Each member may reserve one copy per product. Maximum two reservations per household.
- ✓If you want a second copy, we will process everyone else's first copy before fulfilling seconds.
- ✓You will get a notification when your copy is ready for pickup.
- ✓Unclaimed copies after 7 days may be released to the next person in queue.
